What changes

Make the premium choice clear and useful.

Earn from premium connectivity

Charge for additional bandwidth, faster speeds or longer sessions where guests value them. Keep the upgrade specific so a traveller, event attendee or long-stay guest understands what they are buying.

Give guests a clear choice

Put free and paid access alongside one another. Guests choose the package that fits their needs rather than encountering a blanket paywall when all they want is a basic connection.

Control the access you provide

Set time, speed, data and bandwidth limits around the venue’s network capacity. Guest vouchers give you another way to provide a chosen package without changing the rules for everybody.

The capabilities behind the outcome

Build packages around a real guest need.

Paid WiFi is an add-on for Connect, Capture and Engage. Beyond configures the package journey and supported payment setup; the venue’s internet and WiFi capacity still determine the connection available.

Flexible access tiers

Create time-, speed- or data-based packages and define how free access fits alongside them. Use bandwidth and usage limits to align each package with the service you can deliver.

Payments and vouchers

Supported guest payment journeys include cards and Apple Pay. Configure the payment flow and voucher use as part of deployment; package amounts, settlement and operating terms come from the agreed commercial setup.

A wider commercial journey

Paid WiFi charges for connectivity. Advertising, sponsorship and venue offers are complementary WiFi Monetisation routes; visitor-data capture and personalised follow-up remain governed by the Guest plan you select.

Delivery with Beyond

How Paid WiFi works.

  1. Define the free and premium offer

Identify the upgrade guests value and set speed, time or data limits against capacity.

  2. Configure purchase and access

Beyond sets up the supported package, payment and voucher journey.

  3. Monitor and refine

Review package usage and the connection experience, then adjust the offer around guest needs.

Paid WiFi is available with Guest WiFi Connect, Capture and Engage. It is not available with Staff WiFi or Multi-Tenant WiFi. Venue package prices and payment terms are agreed during setup.

Before you choose

Can we still offer free WiFi?

How can guests pay?

Supported journeys include card payments and Apple Pay. Beyond configures the payment setup for the deployment; guest vouchers can also provide package access.

Does Paid WiFi improve our internet capacity?
