A captive portal is the sign-in page a guest sees before going online. Configure venue branding, login choices and the page guests reach once connected. Connect also provides privacy controls for access terms and consent choices, configured around your POPIA and GDPR requirements.
Secure return connections
SecurePass WiFi profiles—saved secure connection settings—are available across all three plans for supported devices and hardware. Passpoint lets enrolled devices reconnect automatically. Enrolment through your own app requires Engage.
Optional protection and premium access
Add Shield for network-level content filtering or Paid WiFi for premium time, speed or data packages. Surveys is available on Capture and Engage, so it is not a Connect add-on.

Is Connect really free?
Yes. Connect is the Free Forever Guest WiFi plan. Optional add-ons and separately agreed delivery services are distinct from the free plan.
Can I build a marketing contact list on Connect?
No. Choose Capture or Engage for first-party visitor-data capture and customer relationship management (CRM) enrichment.
Can guests reconnect automatically?
SecurePass profiles are available across all three plans on supported devices and hardware. Enrolment through your own app is an Engage capability.
How do I upgrade?
Keep Connect for the branded access basics, add Capture when you want customer insight, or Engage when you want personalised journeys and automation. Beyond helps define the configuration and migration scope.
