Honesty about when you don't need us
Purple sells deployment, onboarding and a managed service too. On a standard estate with common hardware and systems, that may be all you need — and our scoping will say so.
What we do with it
We wrote our own HMAC-signed client for Purple’s Company API and run it in production — webhooks for live capture, plus a nightly sweep that reconciles whatever the stream missed. Every outbound message passes one consent gate, so POPIA is enforced in the send path rather than on the policy page.
