What we do with it
We wrote our own HMAC-signed client for Purple’s Company API and run it in production — webhooks for live capture, plus a nightly sweep that reconciles whatever the stream missed. Every outbound message passes one consent gate, so POPIA is enforced in the send path rather than on the policy page.
A key that knows the booking
Purple gives every tenant unit, kiosk and back-of-house area its own private network. Beyond can tie that key’s whole life to your leasing system — issued when a lease starts, ended when the unit changes hands, so one tenant’s till is never on the same network as the next unit’s.
